1. Send an enquiry
Choose a trip or stay, dates and guest numbers. Share your contact details and any group, meal or transport preferences.
2. Availability and quotation
Our team checks availability and provides a quotation with the total price, inclusions, extras and payment conditions. Published itineraries are planning suggestions, adapted to the season, weather and your group.
3. Confirmation
Submitting a request does not reserve a room or confirm a trip. The team confirms separately after you accept the quotation and meet the agreed payment conditions. Submitting a request takes no payment. After the team approves a tour request, an email contains a payment invitation valid for up to 72 hours. QPay-confirmed payment completes the booking. Contact the team if the invitation expires.
4. Changes and cancellation
Contact +976 9900 9988 or info@durvn-tenkhleg.mn as early as possible. Deposit, cancellation deadlines and refund conditions will be specified in your quotation before payment.
5. Before arrival
Confirm the resort location, directions, arrival/departure times, meals and child arrangements with the team. The Ulaanbaatar contact address is separate from the resort location.
