What we collect
We collect your name, phone number, trip or stay preference, dates and guest numbers. Tour bookings require an email; stay enquiries do not. Notes are optional. Do not include identity numbers, payment card details or passport data in this form.
How we use it
We use these details to respond to your enquiry, check availability and discuss a quotation. Sending this form does not subscribe you to marketing.
How it is delivered
Tour requests are stored in a protected booking register, and Telegram notifies the team of new requests. Resend processes confirmation emails; QPay processes payments. Stay enquiries are delivered to the team’s Telegram channel. Website chat messages and contact details use the same service. Telegram has its own terms and data processing policies.
Browser storage
Language preferences and chat message identifiers may be saved in your browser. The new enquiry form does not store your name, phone or email in persistent browser storage.
